Theres nothing better than a refreshing Summer drink but you don’t have to reach for the alcohol to enjoy it. Whatever your reason for abstaining, we have put together the perfect Summer Mocktail Recipes to enjoy.
Mocktails are the perfect, underrated treat for summer. Whether you’re sober or simply want to reduce your alcohol intake, alcohol free cocktails are as flavorful as traditional ones. Especially when this hot weather calls for a refreshing drink. They’re an excellent alternative to boring bottled soft drinks if you want to spice up picnics or summer lunches.
With a mocktail, you get all the flavour of a cocktail, without the headache. At the very least you’ll make your sober friend feel welcomed and comfortable, without resorting to a standard Coke Cola. Additionally, it’s more than healthy to drink them every day! Hydrating and refreshing, we picked our most delicious favourites. Pomegranate Spritz
Ingredients:
1 pomegranate // 50 ml pomegranate juice // 150 ml sparkling water // 50 ml pink grapefruit juice // orange slices // One Jalapeño // Ice
Preparation:
Add the pomegranate juice to a glass already filled by half with ice, then add the pink grapefruit juice and sparkling water. Finish up with a spoon of pomegranate seeds and two slices of orange. If you love spice, then a little slice of Jalapeño. Toss and enjoy!

Lemon Virgin Daiquiri
Ingredients:
50 ml lemon juice // 50 ml sparkling lemonade // 20 ml grenadine syrup // Coconut sugar // lemon slices // Ice
Preparation:
Fill a third of your shaker with ice. Add the lemon juice and the grenadine syrup and shake well. Pour it into a glass then add the lemonade and one or two slices of lemon. Garnish the edge of the glass with coconut sugar by rubbing it with a slice of lemon first to help it stick. Serve while still nice and iced.

Blueberry Mojito
Ingredients:
6-8 mint leaves // a handful of fresh blueberries lightly blended // 60 ml lime juice // 60 ml agave syrup // a splash of sparkling water
Preparation:
Add some ice, shake it all together , and you’re ready to go!

Nice Pear
Ingredients:
60 ml pear juice // 30 ml lemon juice // 20 ml agave syrup // Seltzer // a few drops of Rosemary aroma
Preparation:
Combine all the ingredients in a shaker with a third of ice. Pour into a large glass and add a splash of seltzer or tonic water and a thin slice of pear to finish it off.

Pineapple cobbler
Ingredients:
30 ml strawberry juice // 15 ml lime juice // 90 ml pineapple juice // Sparkling water
Preparation:
Combine the lime and pineapple juice in a shaker, then shake well. Pour it into a cocktail glass, then add sparkling water and strawberry juice. Garnish with a strawberry and serve.

Mountain Mojito
Ingredients:
15 ml lime juice // 15 ml agave syrup // 15 ml bloody orange pulp crushed thinly // 4 leaves of fresh mint // a splash of soda
Preparation:
Crush the mint, then add it to agave syrup and lime juice in a tall glass. Add the remaining ingredients and finish up with soda and fresh mint leaves or rosemary.
